Mr. McManus attended California State University Chico where he double majored in commercial recreation and management. His career as a manager has produced a unique style of participative leadership which has become the vehicle that drives Webstore Companies. He was recruited by Mr. Maher for his vision, leadership and integrity. In his free time he enjoys surfing, playing golf and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Maher has earned degrees in both Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He launched his professional career with Oracle Corporation, with successful roles in sales, consulting and eventually research and development. While there, he was integrally involved in the development and launch of Oracle’s Enterprise Manager software. As a result of his work, Mr. Maher traveled internationally as a product guru to Fortune 500 clients of the software giant and was a featured presenter at Oracle World. Since his beginnings in software, Mr. Maher has created and successfully launched several internet-based companies. Webstore Companies was founded out of his passion for both technology, marketing and the internet.  Mr. Maher enjoys playing golf, reading, spending time with family and friends, snowboarding and cooking.

Mr. Christopher maintains a Phoenix, Arizona based boutique legal practice concentrating primarily on transactional matters. Mr. Christopher's practice focuses on equity and debt financing, including venture capital and angel investments, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings, counseling boards of directors and special committees on fiduciary and other legal obligations and internal investigations, and securities and general corporate assistance. Mr. Christopher works with companies in several different industries, including consumer goods and retail, biotechnology and life sciences, semiconductor and electronics technology, manufacturing, financial services, entertainment, information technology and construction as well as investment banks, venture capital firms, mezzanine and other financial intermediaries, and high net worth individuals. Mr. Christopher also provides expertise in channel contract negotiation, including OEM and other manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements (domestic and international), software and other technology licensing, joint development and research agreements, strategic alliances and other arrangements. Mr. Christopher started his career in Delaware focusing on public mergers and acquisitions matters and, prior to embarking on his current solo practice in June 2003, Mr. Christopher was a partner concentrating in business and finance at Snell & Wilmer, Phoenix's largest law firm.

Mr. Dougherty was the founder of PETsMART in 1986, sharing leadership responsibilities in the company for nearly a decade as it revolutionized the pet industry. Mr. Dougherty's experience in disrupting the logistical paradigm of an entire industry along with his focus on partnering with industry suppliers and modifying an entire industry's distribution model will prove invaluable. Mr. Dougherty is an entrepreneur at heart, successfully starting and selling companies in many industries, from bicycles to imports to alfalfa sprouts.
